  • Local assistance at the customer’s premises with guaranteed number of visits per month and a specific service package.
  • Purchase of risk of failure and provision of free maintenance services for a specified period with guaranteed response and repair times (applies to the selected product group).
  • Repair at the customer’s premises in the event of failure (applies to the selected product group).
  • Repair at the NTT System S.A. Central Service with own round-trip transportation (all Poland).
